  • Account Data: When authorizing via the Telegram bot, we store your numeric Telegram ID, name, and username (if provided). When registering on the website, we may collect your email address. This data is used solely to link the subscription to your account.
  • Subscription Details: Information about your active subscription plan, expiration date, and payment status (without storing any of your payment card details).
  • Technical VPN Data: To monitor active plan limits, we track the number of concurrently connected devices (HWID device limit) and cumulative bandwidth usage for the current billing cycle.

2. What Data We GUARANTEE We Do Not Collect?

Pursuant to our strict No-Logs Policy, we never collect, track, or store in any database the following information:

  • Websites, URLs, or applications you visit or use while connected to the VPN.
  • Your original public IP address when connecting to our VPN servers (connections are not logged).
  • Data payloads, content, or files transmitted through our VPN tunnels.
  • DNS queries (all DNS requests are handled by our private encrypted DNS servers and are never stored).

3. Purposes of Data Processing

We use the minimal collected data solely for:

  • Providing and operating the Service (activating plans, issuing subscription links).
  • Assisting with customer support requests (identifying your account when you contact us).
  • Enforcing active subscription plan limits (checking concurrent device slot usage).

4. Data Security and Third-Party Sharing

We apply advanced organizational and technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. All user traffic passing through the VPN tunnel is encrypted using the state-of-the-art VLESS Reality protocol, rendering it unreadable to ISPs, network operators, or interceptors.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Since we do not store any browsing history or connection logs, we are physically unable to provide these details to third parties or law enforcement even upon request.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account details as long as your account remains active in our Service. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting our support team: @tourbillon_support.
