Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 3, 2026

Welcome to TourbillonVPN. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of our VPN service, Telegram bot, user dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please stop using the Service.

1. Service Provision

TourbillonVPN provides users with access to a Virtual Private Network (VPN) using the VLESS Reality encryption protocol. Services are provided on a subscription basis (free trial or paid plans).

We make every effort to ensure the highest availability of the Service. However, connection speeds, server availability, and quality of communication may vary due to factors beyond our control (ISP blocking, network congestion, third-party actions).

2. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • Free Trial: New users may be offered a free trial period (3 days, 2 devices, 10 GB traffic limit) to evaluate the quality of the Service. Activating multiple trials to abuse the system is strictly prohibited.
  • Paid Plans: Payment is processed through integrated payment gateways (Platega, CryptoBot) according to current pricing. Subscriptions are activated immediately upon transaction confirmation.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the availability of a free trial and the digital nature of the services, payments are non-refundable unless the Service is completely unavailable due to our fault for more than 72 consecutive hours.

3. Strict No-Logs Policy

User privacy is our main priority. We adhere to a strict no-logs policy:

  • We do not collect or store any data about your online activities (browsing history, downloaded files, destination IP addresses).
  • We do not track or record the traffic flowing through our VPN tunnels.
  • To maintain the Service, we only store minimal necessary technical data: your Telegram ID (when authorizing via Telegram), subscription expiration date, maximum concurrent device limit, and cumulative traffic usage to enforce plan quotas.

4. Acceptable Use Policy and Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using the Tourbillon VPN service for the following purposes:

  • Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates the laws of your country of residence or the country where the VPN server you are using is hosted (including criminal, administrative, and tax offenses).
  • Malicious Software: Distributing, storing, or uploading malicious software (viruses, trojans, botnets, exploits), as well as participating in their command and control.
  • Network Attacks: Organizing and participating in DDoS attacks, flooding, port scanning, brute-forcing passwords, and other forms of unauthorized access to remote systems and networks.
  • Spam and Blacklisting: Mass spam distribution (via email, messengers, forums, etc.), as well as any actions that lead to the blacklisting of Tourbillon VPN IP addresses in international registries (such as SpamHaus, SpamCop, UCEPROTECT, etc.).
  • Financial Crime and Fraud: Fraud, carding (unauthorized use of stolen credit cards or credentials), money laundering, phishing, and any other actions aimed at obtaining third-party funds or confidential data.
  • Copyright Infringement and Restricted Content: Storing and distributing content that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights (pirated software, unlicensed media), as well as materials prohibited by law (extremist materials, drug propaganda, detailed instructions on committing crimes, etc.).
  • Impersonation: Illegally impersonating another individual or legal entity, identity theft, or using other users' accounts without permission.
  • Service Disruption: Any actions that disrupt the normal operation of the Tourbillon VPN infrastructure, servers, or interfere with the experience of other users (including attempts to bypass technical limits, client modifications, or billing hacks).

The Service reserves the right to immediately restrict or terminate access to Tourbillon VPN without refund in case of violation of these rules, as well as to refuse service without explanation upon detecting suspicious activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the Service will meet your expectations, be uninterrupted, or error-free. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The current version is always published on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
